Drone photography
Aerial photographs to show the setting and scale. Available by request, subject to weather, location and flight restrictions.
Property video
A horizontal film of up to two minutes, scoped for the property. A separate vertical social reel can be created from a commissioned film.
Twilight
Evening photography planned within the agreed scope. Additional coverage or visits are quoted for the project.

From brief to delivery
A precise, simple process.
Define the scope
Share the location, bedroom count, approximate area, floor plan or listing, spaces to cover and any drone, video or twilight needs. Coverage and the quote follow that review.
Reserve & photograph
A 50% deposit reserves the agreed shoot dates. Capture is scheduled around the property’s scale, access and light.
Preview & receive
The edited preview is available within seven calendar days after the final shoot for photography or video alone, or ten days for both. The remaining 50% is due at preview; downloads open after full payment.
Photography includes one round of minor adjustments to color, brightness and small details, requested as a consolidated list within seven days of delivery. Revised files follow within three business days. Advanced retouching and new capture are quoted separately.
